1. Research Use Only

All products sold by UK Peptides (uk-peptides.eu) are research-grade reagents supplied exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and scientific study. They are:

• NOT approved for human or veterinary therapeutic use
• NOT dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food products
• NOT for diagnostic purposes
• NOT for use in clinical applications

Use of any product outside a legitimate research context is prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You are purchasing for legitimate scientific research purposes
• The purchase and import of research chemicals is lawful in your jurisdiction
• You have the necessary qualifications, facilities, and authorisations for the research you intend to conduct

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are placed through our website and processed via Peptide-Pay. Prices are displayed in EUR. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, and cryptocurrency. All sales are final subject to the quality guarantee in clause 5.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders ship from our EU warehouse. Estimated delivery to the UK is 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Product Quality and Returns

All products are supplied at >99% analytical purity (HPLC). In the unlikely event that a product does not meet this specification, we will provide a replacement or refund upon provision of evidence of the quality deficiency. Contact contact@uk-peptides.eu within 14 days of receipt.

Returns of opened vials are not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons. Damaged or missing goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

UK Peptides shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased from this site. The purchaser assumes all risk associated with the use of research compounds. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, research summaries, product descriptions, and design — is the intellectual property of UK Peptides or is used with permission. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the European Union, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of European courts. For UK buyers, we note that EU-compliant contracts remain enforceable in the UK post-Brexit under retained EU law provisions.
